This website is run by VENTURLEY LIMITED. Wherever the words “we”, “us” and “our” appear across the site, they mean VENTURLEY LIMITED. VENTURLEY LIMITED makes this website available to you — the user — together with all of the information, tools and services it contains, on the condition that you accept every term, condition, policy and notice set out here. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be read alongside our Refund and Return Policy and our Privacy Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and VENTURLEY LIMITED.

When you browse our site and/or buy anything from us, you make use of our “Service” and accept that you are bound by the Terms and Conditions below. They govern every user of the site, including (without limitation) people who browse, vendors, customers, merchants and anyone who contributes content.

User Responsibility for Product Use

Before you take any of our products you must:

  • read and follow all usage instructions, warnings and ingredient information shown on the packaging and/or our Website;
  • review the ingredients for anything you are allergic or intolerant to;
  • keep within the recommended daily amount printed on the packaging;
  • avoid relying on the product instead of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy way of living.

By buying and using our products you confirm that you have taken your own allergies, intolerances and medical circumstances into account and, where it is sensible to do so, sought advice from a healthcare professional.

Payment Terms

Unless stated otherwise, every price shown on our website is quoted in Euros (EUR) and includes VAT where it applies. The full amount must be paid at the point of purchase using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are handled securely through third-party payment processors. After payment clears, we will send an order confirmation and begin preparing the goods for shipment.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment has not gone through successfully or where we suspect fraud.

Shipping

Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your order at any point before our warehouse has processed it for dispatch. Orders that reach us before 4pm (warehouse local time) are handled the same day. For anything further, please get in touch with VENTURLEY LIMITED Customer Service.

Shipping Policy

We dispatch worldwide through DHL or other carriers, depending on where you are. Deliveries usually arrive within 5-8 business days for urban areas and within 5-12 business days for other regions. Shipping and handling are free of charge — standard shipping and handling are already built into every price on this website. No shipments go out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays; orders received after 10am (warehouse local time) on a Friday are sent out the following Monday. Every parcel is insured and delivery is guaranteed. If a package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged or for any reason not delivered, we will resend it at no cost to you. We are unable to promise an exact delivery time or date, since this is not entirely within our control. Please be aware that our products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers / suppliers we work with.

Although many products ship straight from those manufacturers or suppliers, your contract of sale is with VENTURLEY LIMITED. We remain responsible for managing your order and payment and for your statutory consumer rights. That said, to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturing defects or delays caused by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, carriers or customs authorities. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Reversals and Chargebacks

Where a situation is unclear, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant local and national authorities for investigation. All of your activity, including your IP address, is monitored. That data may be used in civil and/or criminal proceedings against a customer in cases of fraudulent use of the website and/or theft of the products offered on it.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligible products carry a 14-day return entitlement. The full rules, conditions and procedures for returns, cancellations and refunds are contained in our separate Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is published on our Website. If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with the Refund and Return Policy on the subject of returns and refunds, the more detailed provisions of the Refund and Return Policy take precedence.

Product Safety and Recalls

We treat product quality and safety as a priority. In the unlikely event that we learn of a safety concern or have to recall a product, we may:

  • post a notice on our Website; and/or
  • contact you using the details you gave when ordering, where this is reasonably necessary and possible.

You agree to comply with any reasonable instruction we give in connection with a safety notice or recall, including returning or safely disposing of the affected products if asked.
