This Refund and Return Policy explains the terms and the process under which customers of VENTURLEY LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom, may return products and ask for refunds.
VENTURLEY LIMITED is dedicated to keeping its customers satisfied while complying fully with the consumer-protection law that applies in the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We value transparency, fairness and respect for consumer rights in every market we serve.
The Policy covers all orders placed through our official online store and fulfilled from our distribution centres.
Cancellation
If you are a consumer, the law entitles you to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, counted from the day on which you – or a third party you have nominated, other than the carrier – physically take possession of the goods.
We also extend this 14-day cancellation window to our customers generally on a contractual basis, without limiting any extra statutory rights that may apply where you live.
To use this right:
- send us written notice of cancellation, by email or post, within the 14-day window;
- make your intention to cancel plain (for example by stating that you are exercising your right to cancel or withdraw from the contract);
- you are welcome to use any standard withdrawal form available under your local law, but you do not have to.

Consequences of Cancellation
Once we have received your cancellation notice and the returned goods (see section 4), we will refund every payment we received from you for the order – including the standard shipping cost, if you originally paid it – within 14 days.
Refund conditions:
- refunds are made using the same payment method you used originally, unless we have agreed something else with you;
- you will not face any extra charge in connection with the refund;
- we may hold the refund until we have either received the goods back or received proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
These rights are additional to your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods (see section 6).
Return Process and Guidelines
To qualify for a refund under this Policy, returned items must meet all of the following:
- they must be unused and in a condition fit for resale;
- they must be returned in their original packaging with all safety seals, labels and inserts intact;
- the return must be started and dispatched within the 14-day window described in section 2.
Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending the goods back to us, except where:
- the goods are faulty or not as described; or
- we sent you the wrong item.
In those cases we will either supply a prepaid return method or reimburse your reasonable return-shipping costs.
We suggest using a tracked shipping service for returns: you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, and we are not accountable for return parcels that are lost or never arrive.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Because we sell food supplements and related products, and for reasons of hygiene, health and safety, some product types are excluded from our return policy unless they are faulty or not as described. These include:
- opened or used health and cosmetic products (for example supplements, creams, oils);
- items with broken safety seals or removed hygiene labels;
- goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
- perishable products or those with a short shelf life;
- gift cards, promotional codes and other non-tangible digital items.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take product quality, safety and order accuracy seriously. If a product you receive is defective or was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong quantity and so on), please let us know as soon as you reasonably can, and in any event within 7 days of delivery.
To report a problem:
- email us at info@venturleyltd.com quoting your order number;
- describe the issue clearly and, where you can, attach photos of the item and any packaging damage;
- we may ask you to send the defective or incorrect product back to us for inspection (at our expense where the item really is faulty or incorrect).
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will offer one or more of the following:
- a replacement of the defective or incorrect product;
- a full refund including the original shipping cost;
- store credit of equivalent value, if you prefer.
These remedies are in addition to, and do not restrict, your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
Timeframe for Refunds
After a return reaches us and is approved by our quality-control team, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days and email you once it has been issued.
Please note:
- how long the refund takes to show in your account can vary with your payment provider and bank;
- card issuers and banks may need extra time to post the refund once we have processed it.
Delays or Missing Refunds
If you think your refund is late or has not arrived, please:
- check your bank or card statement once more to confirm it has not been credited;
- contact your card issuer or bank, as posting a refund can take time;
- if you have done both and still have concerns, email us at info@venturleyltd.com and we will help you promptly.

Modifications to This Policy
VENTURLEY LIMITED may amend this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. Updates will appear on our Website, with the effective date shown above. The version applying to your order is the one in force when you placed it, unless the law or a regulator requires a change to apply to existing orders, in which case it will do so to the extent required. By buying through our Website, you agree to be bound by the version of this Policy current at the time of your order.
